are generally performing and the organizational focus is to increase this
percentage because the employees’ performances directly impact towards the
growth and sustainability of the organizations.
Performance management is one of the critical areas towards the success
of the organizations and the well reputed organizations always follows
different criteria and principles to manage the performances of the employees
and some organizations always struggles to survive under the poor focusing on
the performance management strategies

objectives

Successful managers frequently collaborate with their subordinates providing ongoing and regular feedbacks regarding their performance, following this, managers directly appreciate for all the positive things of the employees and advise for all the misbehaviors to keep their subordinates in the correct track. When providing regular feedbacks, organizations can effectively manage the organizational performances minimizing all the possible problems and errors.

Performance management cannot effectively do with one KPI because this
is a broader concept and need to evaluate the performances setting various
types of KPIs as the employees have different types of skills and when giving
the focus for broader factors that is an effective factor to mitigate the blind

are most important elements because the most performing employees must need
recognize and requires to provide the different rewards based on the
performance to increase their further involvements towards the organization and
for the achievement of goals and objectives continues manner. As the
recognitions and rewards, employees are needed to provide incentives, bonuses,
promotions, salary increments and other different perks
When following the effective performance management principles, organizations must need to immediately address regarding the poor performance related things without wait until the end of the finance year, when following these types of tactics organizations effectively can drive them towards the achievement of goals and objectives.

However, Aravinda most important thing should be training and development. Without training and development, it is impossible to achieve those goals. Do you agree with me? Training and development is important for employees to succeed in their roles, increase productivity, and improve performance.
